Good Points
Good snow - not icy and seems very consistent. Queues do exist, but generally move quickly, and staff on-site are good. Website now much improved - I did wonder why online booking wasn't available when the place first opened, but now fixed!

Bad Points
Only real reservation would be around time slots - 90 minutes is a fairly long time to be going up and down the same slope time and time again. I tend to get bored after about 1 hour - it would be great if a 1-hour time slot were available to save "wasting" 30 minutes each visit....

General Comments
Have been several times over the past 2 years, and it's great fro what it is - making sure you don't get too rusty before heading off to some "proper" mountains whenever possible! There is very little variety for skiers and boarders, but then there is nothing that can really be done to improve that within the confines of the building - and it is one of the biggest indoor runs in Europe.
