General Comments
This is a wonderful concept - but oh what an utter shambles!
I tried for two weeks to book a party for around 20 children which cost a considerable amount of money.
For every staff member I spoke to, no reply was ever consistent. Some staff said there was availability but unfortunately because of a glitch with the new computer system they were unable to book it for me and others said there was no availability!
Four times I left my details with staff with a promise that someone would call me back, the last time asking to speak to a Manager whom I was assured would call me, but to no avail.
Also on this last occasion I asked the staff member why my calls had not been returned, she replied " because we are having problems with our new computer system". In my opinion this is not a valid excuse and is bad business practice.
After reading some of the other reviews I have realised that mine is not an isolated incident which speaks volumes in its self!
Although left with a very disappointed child I would be loathed to spend any money with Chillfactore.
