Absolute over priced junk. Toasts unevenly, but then again a lot of other toasters do the same. After a couple of years domestic use, the timer stuck and could have caused a serious fire, if it was not for my smoke detector. Dualit, told me that I should not leave it unattended and offered to sell me a replacement timer for £27 - more than it would cost me to buy a much better toaster - agreed it wont look as nice, but i wont risk burning my house down.
