I decided to try adios because I simply find it really, really hard to diet! I'm an all or nothing kind of person and either find myself eating three big meals a day plus snacks, or less that 400 calories a day, neither of which is healthy. I found that adios definitely works, slowly but surely. You can feel your metabolism speeding up each time you take a single pill, and it shows (including the increase in toilet-stops! :/) So i would recomend them definitely, but I think they're a bit expensive!!
