Good Points
Looks good. Beautifully packaged.

Bad Points
Sounds bad. I'm taking it back. People on the other end say sound quality is poorer than my last phone.

General Comments
Not happy with my Philips ID937. I would have expected a phone which was on a special page in the Argos catalogue devoted to high quality sound to be better than my old Panasonic. There is no difference if HD sound is on or off. Not chuffed.
