Policy renewed automatically and notified after renewal. Stayed with them and 1 week before going on holiday to take part in a dancing event I was rushed to hosipital and admitted for 9 days. Had to cancel holiday etc. Submitted a claim for airfare, dance costume and medical certificate required to make claim. Claim took only basic airfare not fuel surcharges etc as airline only refunded taxes less admin charge. Claim for certificate and costume rejected as costume was not for a covered sport or activity!. Certification claim rejected as being my liability, but could not make claim without. Claims company paid out small portion of airfare paid. Travel companion was refunded in full for her half of the fare etc. They now have trebled my insuranace to cover the medical condition. AVOID using this company because they will do all possible to try and avoid paying legitimate claims in full.
