At first dealings with the company - all was well. Upon waiting over a week for my item - and of course googling the company to read some bad reviews i got a bit concerned, so i called them. Give them their due - they answered the phone and were super helpful, advising that my item was out of stock and due to a glitch online the web didnt state that it was out of stock. Anyway, item arrives eventually but does not fit so i send it back first class recorded - to hear nothing. I called numerous times again - to be told that they hadnt received it but according to Royal Mail online it had been signed for.
Over 10 days later i am still waiting for my refund. For a small company i wouldnt expect this level of service and i certainly wouldnt expect to be told by them that they dont have my item when they do.
we will see if i get my refund but i dont think its worth the hassle ordering with them again.
