Good Points
Instant hot water...money saving..clean (filtered, it does taste better) cold water

Bad Points
Unreliable...noisy...pricey (some places)

General Comments
Liked the fact instant cuppa with a tefal quick cup...quite noisy (and I'm hard of hearing)....quite pricey (just gone up @ Tesco from £41-52...the one I bought from there lasted 2 weeks, water cold! Will probably buy another one because of convenience...may yet get a good one!!
