Good Points
Excellent support, you speak to a someone who knows what the are on about, not some all centre person!. excellent sales support, very quick to sort things, very good pricing.

Bad Points
Had short period of outage, about 10 minutes due to a CWCS router going down. Support were onto it within seconds and router replaced very quickly.

General Comments
I have had many years experience with CWCS on various projects from small websites to our current project, a clustered load balanced scalable solution. They are consistently good, providing excellent support. They are also very knowledgeable and very open to discussing technical issues with me.
