I believe this company are good for a year or two but unless they can get you hooked on more of their products try and get rid of you unless you wish to pay greatly increased premiums. At first, after many telephone calls chasing you with the hard sell, they offer a quote less than your current provider - fine. They promised no claims bonus yet ask for an increased premium for year two until I requested a further quote and after delaying signing up for another year they finally came up with a lower quote. Before the second renewal date they asked for an increased premium of 50%.
So I went to another company and got a quote lower for a lower premium than I paid Castle for their second year.
