Good Points
Lots of info on the screen hands free works well.

Bad Points
Two units failed Software is a bit confusing.

General Comments
I really liked this sat nav - easy to use and nice and clear. Two units failed however, so I decided to go for a Garmin, which I'm still getting used to.
