Dreadful company..ordered Adidas Yodai ski goggles Feb 11 and they never arrived.As with other people I could not contact compant and no response to emails yet moned immediately debited from bank account. I reported company to Trading Standards and they suggested a letter I should send. I also contacted my bank to claim bck via Visadebit cashback scheme - see moneysavingsexpert website for details. Eventually got money credited back to bank few days ago. I consider myself very lucky!! I wish i had read this site first.
