Good Points
Various ways of inputing work great. Speaker phone is handy.

Bad Points
Big and bulky, it's NOT a PDA

General Comments
I've tried and tried with this but it's now back to my T68 and the iPAQ PDA. As a PDA you can't edit Word / Excel docs. As a phone answering another incoming call whilst on one is a right fiddle. And the fact that it can't to Line 2 on Orange is nuts. The camera quality is very very poor. Nice try but not quite there yet.
