General Comments
I had ordered a swing for my sons 1st birthday from Dobbies Garden Centres 5 days early - so I knew it would arrive on time - and they promised me it would arrive within 48hours.
It didnt arrive so i called them and they kept me on hold for ages and then said "we haven't dispatched it yet, it should be dispatched on monday" it was my son's birthday on saturday, so monday was too late. I asked for a refund and told them that I'd find one elsewhere but the refund didn't come through. they said it would take 5 days on my card but 5 days later instead of getting my refund I got the swing! I had already purchased another swing from the early Learning Centre so then i had to try and return the swing to Dobbies. It was a lot of hassle. I wont be shopping there again.
