The customer services was excellent but the exchange rate was disgraceful they were advertising 116.0 on the internet (same company) when I got home and looked at the receipt I had been given the exchange rate of 101.0 (M&S were offering 126.0) I brought £236.94 my lost on that transaction was £30!!!! I will never use them again and nether will my family or friends!!
