Extensively customisable control panel for domains, with a very quick and helpful customer service team. Any problems I've had with my service have been quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I've several domains registered with JustHostMe, and I've recommended them to several friends.

The only real drawback I can think of is the price may be a bit steep for just hosting a personal website, but considering the amount of tools you get for your money I'd still say it's worth it if you're looking for total control over things like databases, FTP accounts and such.
