I had a Capital One Credit card sometime ago, but unfortunately over this time i had some financial difficulties. Capital One company did not offer any constructive advice or support, and just kept demanding money. Whereas other companies did their best to offer advice and good support.

Capital One advertise it will improve your credit rating,what nonsense i'm still waiting to see how this happens. Thankfully for me i settled and closed account, a huge relief.
