I see the competitors are leaving negative reviews! What a pleasure it is to deal with a company with an outstanding commitment to customer relations. I e-mailed a few sales questions and received a response within 20 minutes, this was before I signed up. Then after I had signed up, I had a question in relation to FTP, that was answered within 10 minutes and 56 seconds via a support ticket! These guys are really on the ball!

For your web hosting needs I would strongly recommend JustHostMe, they seem to care, whereas my previous providers DIDN'T!
