Great service and friendly too. Response to questions is efficient and is via e-mail in the first instance, but they are prepared to call you if really stuck. They always do their utmost to see a problem through to the end whether it relates directly with their hosting service or is a result of your own personal set-up or 3rd party software. No downtime experienced since I transferred to this provider 5 months ago. Just hostme really seem to care.
