Good Points
Bosch replaced the original purchase without quibble when the motor housing broke.
Adjustable shaft length to cater for people of differing height.

Bad Points
The motor housing broke! The spool can be very difficult to remove when wet but paradoxically comes off by itself, repeatedly, in normal use.

General Comments
I think the Bosch Art 23 Easy trim is very poorly designed and a big disappointment considering the Bosch reputation for quality and reliability. Line frequently breaks so that the spool has to be removed to thread a new bit through - very annoying.
