Flowers were not delivered on the correct day despite having paid extra to have the delivery guaranteed.

General Comments
I ordered flowers from Bunches for my mother for her anniversary as my father died recently and knowing she would be upset I thought it would be a nice idea to send her some flowers. Having done a bit of research I chose Bunches, as they appeared to be reputable, dependable and had exactly the flowers I was looking for,. I paid an extra fee to ensure the flowers would be delivered today.



As you can imagine the day was aparticularly difficult day for my mother but I believed a little bit of sunshine was about to be delivered. How wrong could I be, no flowers were delivered.



I then had to explain that flowers should have been delivered by Bunches, my mother informed me that she had had previous experience of flowers failing to appear having been ordered from Bunches.
