Don't dial They charge 1p per minute plus your phone operators charge. It's takes forever for the automated service to work out what you're asking for. And the service tells you absolutely nothing that you can't find about your parcel more quickly yourself online. There is no one to talk to and Yodel walks away with you money when the call ends. Terrible customer service number!
