After sales service is an absolute joke. Ordered a 2 + 3 seater leather sofa £3+K back in January. You deliver the 2 seater in April and tell us the 3 seater is delayed another month. Here we are a Month later a full 5 months after we ordered it with a half empty lounge and still no delivery date for the 3 seater. I've spent god knows how long on hold with your GENERIC callcenter number, spoken to about 5 different people who have to go through the same rigmaroll of questions as you can NEVER speak to one person. Numerous e-mails and STILL no delivery date. People who rate you 5 stars should actually wait until they have their sofa before reviewing instead they review the shop experience which is always good until you get the signature on the dotted line then it's cheers easy. Absolute joke of a company and i will NEVER shop with you again.
