Good Points
Bunches were happy to send out another flower bouquet to me, and they apologised for the disappointment.
Delivery service was good.

Bad Points
Questioned whether they really were as I had told them with regard to the description of the poor quality flowers I received = somewhat made me feel as though I was making the complaint up!!

General Comments
The flowers delivered by Bunches online florist were of an inferior quality and not fit for the purpose of sending by mail or carrier. The delivery times were absolutely fine, and the packaging fine - the quality of flowers was the only thing to let the company down. But let's face it, it is the quality of the product which is to be received which matters most.
