I got this as a 51st birthday present when I wanted a powakaddy. My husband and sons checked on-line for electric trolley reviews and bought me this so my initial response was, shall I say, 'less than pleased'. But ... the GoKart is great!!! So GREAT in-fact I am writing my first ever on-line review so you will have the joy of owning one for themselves. Found it difficult to slot in the battery the first couple of times but after you get to grips with this slightly fiddely opperation this trolley is truely a great bit of gear (after the first couple of set ups my parking-the-car to ready-to-go time is less than with my old pull trolley). It copes easily with the hills and sloping fairways of my club (Strathclyde Golf Course, Hamilton). I have even learned how to 'gun up' the power so it actually hauls me up the 7th. The whole trolley folds up and down really easily and because of the design the trolley actually can roll into the storage bag which even I can throw into the boot of my car with ease so it is very light. If it is really mucky I hose it down in the garden and leave it. No need to dry it down; no possibility of rust. If there is a down side it is that hubby and sons ordered me the black version with the very real possibility of being able to borrow it; but love them as I do there is more chance of me getting an ALBATROSS than there is of them borrowing my GoKart. I can't think of what to tell you other than it is well constructed, robust, light, really cleaverly designed (even to the point of it has a mud flap that keeps your bag from getting muddy) - the bag is slung at a lower angle than other trolleys but it only makes the pockets in the golf bag (got a nice pink one to go with my trolley as part of my pressie) easier to access rather than makint the golf clubs more difficult to access. I actually think the angle the bag sits at helps keep the clubs from tangeling up. Have had some really nice compliments from fellow golfers who, on comparing their own electric trolleys, are none too pleased. Don't know what the after sales is like since no need to contact them but delivered was in the time slot they stated and got 28 day money back no questions asked guarantee. If you buy anything other than GoKart you will regret it.
