Excellent sales and support service from just host me. Very friendly and professional staff helped us set up the new site without fuss. When dealing with SSL, the support team did everything for us and made us feel that we were in good hands.



Having had months of bad service from two other companies, JustHostMe came along and made everything right, including the one line answer to a question that the other companies had avoided and mucked around with for ages. This understanding that the issue could be something simple and that the idea of a support person is to support their client (not just close the ticket as quickly as possible) is what really impressed me about JustHostMe - they really do have the right idea and don't ever assume that you're a technical whizz-kid!



I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody wanting a great service with loads of features and the safety of knowing they will help if you need them.
