I have to be honest I have been there twice this month and the kids love it, they are 10, 9 and 6 years old. The place need to be renovated, it looks tired, worn and needs a good clean. The first time I went to aquasplash last week the queues were long especially a simple ring float ride just because they don't provide enough ring floats, I went on it twice but had to wait 20 minutes each time. The place it quite dirty and there was no one to be seen doing any cleaning. Today was even worse; only 5 floats on the float ride and had to wait over 20 minutes this time. The changing rooms were the most disgusting I have ever seen anywhere in the world, literally gagged at the state of the floors. I had to call someone to mop up the actual changing room but they still did a bad job. The floor in general was just dirty; they allow spectators to walk around in their shoes around the pool, who knows what germs were going into the pool. Staff are a bit disorganised, they are around but just don't seem to be doing anything. I will not be going back for the health of the kids and my own. Tried to find someone to complain to but just gave up. It is a shame.
