For over 20 years I have enjoyed a perfect working relationship with a business manager at Lloyds. HOWEVER .... this manager was replaced sometime in the middle of 2010 by someone part time .... someone who was clearly uninterested in people and who persisted in making gross errors .... Despite many attempts from me to forge a new relationship, things have become unworkable. I am leaving Lloyds without delay .... except, that is, delay on Lloyds part to prepare figures and comply with standard requests. What was once reliable and helpful has been replaced by sloth and avarice.
