I ordered timberland boots for my tweleve year old brother size 5. The delivery was quick but when i opened the parcel it was worn xxl simpsons P,jS. I contacted the helpline and was told i would get my money back as they couldnt deliever before christmas due to weather conditions i asked to get my money back and i wouldnt mind going into a shop and paying extra. 3 weeks later am still waiting for them to put the money into my bank.
