I have Hugh hang ups with JD Sports, Never did like them
I ordered a Lacoste (monaco) tracksuit for £129.99GBP delivered by Home Delivery network which by way is an appalling courier service.
My product arrived (Couple day late) all was good was happy with my purchase & excited to have a new track suit, Since Lacoste only produce a couple different designs a year it's Important for me 2 buy them up in advance. I got round 2 wearing it 3weeks later & found them to have holes in both of the pockets. I emailed them to confirm a return & was obliged to drop if off in 1 the retail outlets for inspection. I was laughed at in the shop by both assistant manager & the manager when asked for a refund due to a 5pence piece stuck in the track pocket. After they tried pulling "No receipt no return stunt" the assistant manager scanned the barcode & offered a refund ( I had a bank statment showing proof of purchase) from John David Group
Before I emailed JD I checked the product was still in stock as I intended to buy it again. it was a Saturday & thought Id wait till I went in just to make sure I got refunded after getting home the product was marked as out of stock. I know this not 2 be true & JD prevented me from buying it
I'm so angry at JD this was a really nice tracksuit which will never be stocked again by any retailer since certain Lacoste products are exclusive to 1 retail outlet. the track bottoms weren't the classic plain black they where striped and as a whole was nice to experience something different from Lacoste. I emailed stressing my loss & asked very kindly to get me a replacement which they fobbed me off with, with don't have the facility to buy up 1 Item blah blahh. I vow never 2 shop there again
