Good Points
Everything! (accept for memory!)

Bad Points
The memory! Sorry !

General Comments
I love this phone it is very good I gave it to my daughter at Christmas she is 11 years old and loves it. I myself have became very fond of it. The only thing I and my daughter would say bad about it is that there is no memory on it and I had to purchase a memory card. Overall I would say jolly good!
