Good Points
Amazing value. It's true what they say- American Strat for Mexican money. I tried this head to head against the American 60th- I liked this better so I bought it instead. Stays in tune. Sustains better than my Gibson Les Paul Studio.
Bad Points
The input jack came a bit loose after a year, easy fix though. Other than that, I've had it for almost three years now and I haven't had any problems what so ever.
General Comments
I tried this Fender Standard 60th Anniversary Stratocaster guitar out and to be honest- I didn't expect too much. It's a mexican strat right? Well, let me put it like this- this thing absolutely sings! It's a tad heavy but the sustain is just amazing. The neck is one of the most beautiful 'alive' maple necks I've seen and plays real smooth. If you can get hold of one used, buy it! I play it through my Marshall JCM 800 2203 100w head and it's the perfect match. Both clean and distorted. Mainly play blues/rock.
