Good Points
None I can think of.

Bad Points
With the exception of the last staff person I spoke to, they all seemed generally uninterested.

General Comments
Ordered a pair of Identiti 'Tuning' Forks from Mark Anthony Bikes Direct e-bay site and they arrived today - 3 weeks late!!!, even though they where listed as being in stock with a 3-5 day delivery. After several e-mails and two phone calls, one of the staff finally informed me that 'the delivery address label had come off and DHL did not know where to deliver it so it was being returned to them.

It did turn up though 3 days after that??

I am unimpressed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.

Wish I had come accross this site sooner and saved myself the hassle.
