“Very disappointed with the level of customer service...”

Very disappointed with the level of customer service when trying to return a faulty product purchased online. I contacted customer services online and was told that I could return the faulty product to my nearest store. Tried to do this today and had to wait an hour at 37 weeks pregnant to be told that it must be returned by post. Advice and customer service is poor. I am still unable to return the item because it is outside the return date so a block on the account doesn't process a returns code. I asked to speak with customer services in store when the retail lady contacted them to confirm my returnmand they told her it was not their policy to speak to customers. I will be cancelling my account and avoiding this store in the future.
