Apparently my card failed security checks, rang up customer services who told me it was because hey had no stock of on item. Changed the colour, still same error. Rang my card supplier who said there were not problems.
Offer ran out so Blacks wouldnt help.
Spoke to Nick Farrell ( Head of Customer Services) who is no help whatsoever, extremely rude and is working in the wrong job.
Emailed E Commerce director is hasnt responded yet.
Worst online experince in my life. Far cry from teh service you would get in one of their own stores.
