“I ordered these flowers to go on the coffin at my Step...”

I ordered these flowers to go on the coffin at my Step Mums funeral. The flowers looked gorgeous on the website. I requested that they send them to the Funeral Directors, which they did.



After I placed the order I contacted the staff at iFlorist to ask how the flowers would be presented..ie would they have a ribbon? Would they have the gift wrap on them? The online assistant was very rude and insensitive and just kept telling me it was a hand tied bouquet.



The flowers online looked large, I ordered and paid extra for the large bouquet.



On the day of the funeral, i was embarrassed and highly disappointed at the state of the flowers. They looked cheap and poor quality.



I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.



Stay away for the Raspberry Ripple Bouquet!
