General Comments

I bought two pairs of varifocal from Tesco Opticians with my parents, I took them back because I could not get on with them, the manager would not refund and suggested they had another go at getting it right, needless to say they got them worse, I phoned them and eventually he said he would refund my money if I went on Saturday. I did and then he said he wasnt prepared to refund as my prescription was done at specsavers, he also said one of the pairs that he redid should not have had vairifocals fitted as the frames are too small, I raised my already loud voice, at this point he said he was not prepared to deal with me for speaking loudly! My husband calmed the situation down, I was nearly in tears we are talking nearly £300 here. He eventually gave me a refund but what a waste of time and stress!
