Good Points
My first credit card was a capital one classic. They gave me the chance when many others would not.

Bad Points
Higher interest rate but a good first card.

General Comments
The Capital One Classic Credit Card card was a great way to build up credit. It had a higher interest rate but also had a grace period. Capital one was great the entire time I had this card and I eventually moved up to a platinum card.
