Our business phones are with Gradwell and we have been beset by problems since the beginning. The worst part is that we are stuck with them as they do not seem to have a porting agreement with any other telcos which enables us to move away from them with our phone number. The line constantly cuts off, the voice clarity is poor and when we call for support, we spend ages waiting to speak to someone. Overall, a poor service for a high price.
