My sister purchased 6 bottles of wine for me at christmas. They arrived at the beginning of December and the box they were in was soaked through because there were broken bottles within. I sent it back with the delivery man and informed my sister. I have only just received 3 months later the wine (intact this timne) I was sent a bouquet by way of an apology. The flowers which had been packaged well, were half dead, they were obviously old and as noone was actually paying for them it can be assumed this is why they were of such a poor quality. On that basis I would never purchase from this company.
