I went to send money to Tonga. I asked what the rate was and was told 1.295 and when I got my receipt a different rate was used. Asked why they said it was a mistake. They told me a different rate thinking that I will not do the calculations myself. You people think that Tongans do not know how to calculate? Be honest with your customers. They told me it was money gram's problem but I thought they are money gram. Those people do not know what they are doing, they are just confusing customers. customer service sucks, they need to get a training on customer service before they start serving customers. I would not recommend this business to anyone at all. No apology at all.
