This company tell lies. They advertise the Warehouse store card heavily, with shop assitants constantly telling us to get one. I finally gave in, under the asusmption that I could set up an agreement where by the balance is paid off in full each month. I made it clear I did not want the card otherwsie. The staff all assured me this can be done, by ticking a box on the lengthy application form, which I did. I then recieve a statement to say I am in arrears, with a charge of £12!! This is the standard charge apparently. I informed them I had not recieved a statement at all for any purchases, and that I had set up the agreement to pay the balance in full. Customer services are awful - First two advisors I got through to cut me off, then the thrid was rude and not apologetic for me not recieveing any statements or being misold the card in the first place. DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!
