Defective product. Ryobi should have recalled this product. The lines keep snapping with simple grass trimming every couple of meters. This was a replacement for my battery operated trimmer ryobi grass trimmer which has serviced me for several years but now the battery is worn. It's very noisy too! 113dB worse than hgv passing by. I am getting my money back then getting a replacement from another manufacturer. Annoying do not buy!
