Some of my order arrived, and the clothes were nice
Some of my order didn't arrive, and customer service were unhelpful
I made an order from Dorothy Perkins online. However, they have been the most unhelpful online order company I have ever dealt with. The website itself was difficult to use as it didn't like my browser. I persevered, but wish I hadn't. First, the confirmation email. This was a nightmare to read. It appeared to come from some individual that I didn't know. Seeing as I didn't know her, I nearly canned it. The email itself consisted of a set of order numbers so it was difficult to see exactly what I'd ordered. Then another email to say that after all, they didn't have a set of trousers. Then eventually the goods arrived. Or some of them did. And some other things which I hadn't ordered, too. So I wrote to them. And again. And again, and again, five times in all. They had, however, taken payment for the goods which they hadn't sent. So here I am with a bill but not the goods. And customer services are being unhelpful.
Oh, and two of the tops which they sent are see-through. I couldn't tell that from the pics online.
