Good Points
Durable and pretty well made. Does a pretty good job of picking up dirt.

Bad Points
A pain to use. To go from floor to carpet you have to change configuration. The attachments are not easy to use and you have to change configuration constantly. Marks up white tile floors. Everything you need is not included, and incurs additional charges.

General Comments
For the amount of money this "thing" costs, I expected much, much, much more. You can buy a used car for less and get better usage out of it. Do not buy this vacuum. For the price it cost I could buy a new vacuum every year for the next 25 years and get better usage.
