I have been using Rebtel for a year now for calling to Russia and to the UK. UK landlines cost 1c/minute, so you basically never have to think about calling costs. The quality is mainly good. Russia is a different story: still cheap, but the calls drop quite often, which is quite annoying, but still better than many other services I've tried.



The website does not explain the service in a good way, so it all looks very complicated from the first glance. But once you've started, you'll understand that it's very easy: you sign up, add your phone number, ad your friend's international number, they give you a local number instead of this international number. You save the local number in your address book and call it every time. That's it. And good savings every month.



I would definitely recommend Rebtel to all reviewcentre.com readers. It's a good and reliable service. The support is working well. They have promotions to different countries every now and then, so you have a chance to win some minutes (or in case of UK - hours) for free.
