just adding to what everyone else has already said, i got a galaxy s ii unlock code and was told it would take 6-12 hours for the code to become available. it ended up taking 4 and a half hours which is better than what they'd said. makes me happy, instructions were clear to follow. I'd recommend their service and was given much confidence by all the positive comments on review centre.
