It was should have been easy to unlock the LG GT505.

I was sent the codes for unlock put it in and the phone did not work.

The help desk was fast in replying to emails and questions.

the help desk Walked me though the proceedure,and after a couple of emails it was all working.

I looked over the internet for companies that unlock phones and found this one the cheapest, other's wanted to charge up to 40 pounds.

I will use the company again.
