I bought this for home usage and take it out every couple of months. I have never had any problems with it and am very happy with everything I have laminated. It works well with all sizes. I have had things get jammed in it only when I forgot to flip out the holder onto which the laminated products come out on. The laminator worked fine after that! It takes only a few minutes to heat up. I am very happy with this product
