Good Points
Absolutely nothing.

Bad Points
Everything. The worst company I have ever encountered. Right from the "arrangement" of the flowers to the lack of customer service after the complaint.

General Comments
iFlorist are absolutely terrible. I ordered a wreath for my Gran's funeral, a "pink posy" on 23rd November 08. What was actually delivered looked nothing like the photo on their website and was not even close to being pink. Most of the flowers had not opened and the arrangement was terrible. In fact, I think I could have done better myself with some twigs from a hedgerow.

So I complained to them by email and heard nothing. So, I found their address, wrote a long letter including a photo of the shambles that arrived and still heard nothing. I then wrote a very rude and short email which I shall not repeat here. They came straight back with a response saying very sorry and they will look into it. I even got a reference number! Once again, weeks went by and I heard nothing so emailed again quoting the reference number. Again more apologies and then I was told that I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 working days. This was on the 9th of April and it is now 7th of May and once again I've heard nothing and not been refunded. It's now been nearly six months so I'm not holding my breath.
